How do you do you know the products you provide are sustainable and green?
When we look for items that we want to carry in our product line we look for products that are safe and work effectively and we test them to make sure. If there are items that we or our families wouldn’t use we don’t want to offer them to you.
We do research on our products through online research, contact with company representatives, and the Skin Deep Cosmetic Safety Database to research the ingredients in the products we carry.
Why do you consider your company green?
First of all we consider being green as more than just one thing such as recycling or using eco-friendly products, we consider it as a way of life that incorporates healthy living (physically and mentally), caring for others, and living in a way that helps reduce your carbon footprint.
That being said at It's All Green & More we offer as mentioned only products that we believe are safe and effective and that enhance healthy living from companies with integrity. We recycle within our office and use recycled packaging when shipping merchandise. All paper that is used is at least a 30% pcw, all lighting is energy efficient, and we also use eco-friendly cleaning products.
We care about the livelihood of others therefore we donate to Kiva, Malaria No More, and Heifer International on a yearly basis. These are only some of the things that we do, however we are always looking for ways to improve.
What do you consider as eco-friendly products?
Eco-friendly products can consist of a variety of products. Items that come in biodegradable packaging are earth friendly because they break down and keep plastics and other materials out of landfills. The type of ingredients used in products are very important in which our personal care products including animal care do not contain any parabens, sulfates, or phthalates and do not use animal testing.
The integrity that companies and suppliers display is also important to us and whether they care about the planet. We believe that it is important that companies give back to the community or a non-profit organization and care about selling products that are safe.
We want them to recycle and to produce products that are organic, biodegradeable, in recycled packaging, or fair trade where employees are paid directly and fairly for their talent and products and work in a safe, dignified and healthy environments.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please ensure that your order is correct before you checkout, however if an item must be returned, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept returns on bath and body products; however all other items must be trackable, in new condition, unused, and in the original package. Please include the original invoice with the reason for return. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
How is your merchandise shipped?
All orders are filled and shipped within 2-7 business days after receipt of payment via UPS/USPS. Shipping costs are calculated by using origin, destination, service, and weight, and will automatically be calculated when your address is entered. Shipping time may be longer during the holidays.
